Toothfairy
Hotline is Hot!
Hold On AMERICA, Inc. would like to thank
the pediatric dental community for the overwhelm- ingly positive
response to the Toothfairy Hotline from doctors nationwide.
The Toothfairy Hotline consists of a
dedicated telephone line (with a
telephone book listing such as
"Toothfairy," or,
"Toothfairy Hotline,")
that is connected to the digital
"Toothfairy Player"
which is located in the doctor's
office. Children call the number
and listen to a two to three
minute action-adventure fun
program with dental hygene
messages from the Toothfairy. The
doctor's name and office are
integrated into this practice-building program as well as
music, sound effects and running
characters who appeal to the
typical young patient. The program is changed monthly.

Having a Hold
On AMERICA
messages-on-hold system is

First, we'll get as much
information about your business as we can
from you, from your website and from your
flyers, catalogs and/or mission
statements. We also want to know about
your customers or clients, i.e., who they
are, when they call
(seasonal?), and what specific types of
information you want them to hear. We'll
also want to know if you sell any
products or services that your callers
might not know about. On-Hold marketing
is an excellent way to increase the sales
of secondary or tertiary products that
you don't regularly mention in your day
to day advertising.

Then, after we gather your
info and determine what you want your
callers to hear, our writing staff will create an
initial script draft for you to approve,
make changes to or reject entirely. Rest
assured, we'll keep writing until we get
it perfect and you are happy with every
word. Then and only then will we ask you
to sign off on the copy. All copy must be
client approved in writing before we
proceed to production.

Finally, after we receive
script approval, your production will be
recorded by our professional announcers
in one of our state-of-the-art recording
studios. The
voice tracks will be mixed with the music
cuts you have chosen as well as some
special "Thank you for
calling..." and other copyrighted
formatic elements that we urge you to
use. After that, it is uploaded to your
playback unit or transferred to tape
cassette, CD or digital chip and mailed
to you. We can also send you an mp3 file
to approve prior to mailing or uploading,
if you wish. In any case, if we make any
errors, mispronounce any words or names
or "boo boo" anything, we'll
fix it for you right away. At no cost, of
course.
